Account Manager Jobs

Our major healthcare client is looking for an Account Manager to join their team for the next 2 years!

This is a hybrid role with expectation to go onsite 3 days per week, 2 days remote, in the Mettawa, IL office (Northern Chicago Suburbs). Metra and Shuttle accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all “C” level projects and assists on “A” and “B” projects.

• Attend necessary client meetings with the account manager and serves as key point of contact to ensure key information is being quickly communicated to all involved stakeholders.

• Facilitate ongoing, timely and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Assist Account Manager with providing estimates and timelines.

• Assist with billing and ensure billing is completed on schedule.

• Track time on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 5 to 10 years of digital production experience, ad agency experience preferred

• Excellent communications skills: verbal, presentation, written

• Strong attention to detail

• High energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role

• Ability to manage high volume project scope in a fast paced creative environment

• Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details
