Job Description
Job Title: Training Associate (0-3)


Location: Remote (Interact with a team in Indianapolis)


Hours/Schedule: M-F, 8 am – 5 PM


Compensation: $22/ hourly (per hour)


Type: Contract 20 months.


Overview We are looking for someone who would enjoy working remotely supporting a training team in the pharmaceutical industry.. Accounting / Finance department.


Responsibilities


  • Provide technical expertise to develop performance support tools, including communications, job aids, and implementation guides.
  • Collaborate with team members and other functional partners.
  • Provide analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation for training initiatives.
  • Recommend appropriate blended learning approaches (instructor-led, eLearning, simulation,communications, job aids)


Requirements


  • Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Degree in Business, Science or Education
  • Experience supporting a training team a plus
  • Tableau (a plus)
