Seeking an energetic Account Manager to join our dynamic, innovative team. The ideal candidate will have experience with project management as well as a background in plastics and account management. This indvidual will be responsible for managing both internal and external customers and will need to be able to 'articulate the voice of the customer' and aide in the prioritization of customer and development projects. In addition, the successful candidate for this position will be responsible for managing the commercial and technical relationship with existing customemers as assigned and overseeing the overall satisfaction overseeing the implementation and analysis of internal projects and prototypes.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, foster and manage relationships with key personnel at assigned and new client accounts
Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients
- Manage projects to support the qualification and launch of new materials projects and applications
Identify, analyze and qualify new business opportunities
- Provide on-sight manufacturing support at new and existing clients
- Document, report and follow up on new and existing business activities
