Job Description
Description Responsible for analyzing, designing, and conducting job and task-specific training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance. Responsibilities: Identifies and assesses organizational training needs and gaps within the company in close coordination with various departments and managers. Creates, organizes, and develops training procedures, manuals, guides, lesson plans, or other course materials for job and task specific training and development programs. Monitors, evaluates, and records training activities and program effectiveness. Evaluates training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, or handouts. Selects and assigns instructors to conduct job or task-specific training. Schedules classes based on the availability of classrooms, equipment, or instructors. Offers specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills. Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects. Performs all other duties as assigned Requirements: Demonstrates detailed knowledge of the company's missions, goals, and procedures. Demonstrates strong leadership skills. Demonstrates strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills. Demonstrates an ability to read, interpret, and explain instruction manuals and other materials. Experience in organizational training or a similar field. Possesses strong time management skills. Strong knowledge of training processes and procedures. Willing to travel to project sites frequently. Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others. Possesses high attention to detail Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Possesses an ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
