Information & Knowledge Services is currently looking for an experienced Customer Training Specialist to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Digital Solutions & Analytics portfolio of products and services by facilitating training programs for internal users to analyze data and use our suite of software and data production tools.


This is a hybrid position that allows some telecommuting. The selected candidate may be required to perform some work onsite at the Oklahoma City, OK location.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing ground support systems media and materials.
  • Gathers data to support, and complete proposal development activities.
  • Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives, and design.
  • Oversees activities in the development, delivery, and evaluation of technical training.
  • Utilizes established processes for identifying training content and evaluating training effectiveness.


This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):


  • 3+ years of experience with Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) or Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) platforms.
  • 1+ years of experience with Customer Training.
  • Ability to travel 20-30% of the time.


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):


  • 3+ years of experience with Ground Support, Training System or mission computing systems
  • Experience developing and delivering training material.


Typical Education/ Experience:


Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Summary pay range: 70,550 – 95,450.
