Job Description

This position will report to the Senior Director, Tournament Operations and will provide support to multiple events throughout the year.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Sports Management, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in operations and/or sales within sports; experience with golf event operations preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to travel to tournament locations for extended period; schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
  • Provide operations support to multiple events throughout the year
  • Special projects or other duties as assigned
  • Develop and manage RFP process for both local and national vendors
  • Develop and manage tournament restroom and restroom trailer plan
  • Develop and manage tournament fencing plan
  • Work with each event to identify needs and processes for tournament radios. Coordinate the inventory process and delivery and pickup with vendors.
  • Work with each event to identify needs and processes for tournament cart fleet. Coordinate the inventory process and delivery and pickup with vendors.
  • Develop and manage the office trailer and storage container plan including ordering, delivery and setup
  • Responsible for adherence to budget associated with the above responsibilities
