Our Avondale Dealerships Title Specialists ensure an elevated client experience while creating client advocates, and process titles and registrations.

Avondale is proud to represent Mercedes-Benz, Sprinter Commercial Vehicles, Porsche, Aston Martin, Bentley, Rolls Royce, McLaren, Maserati and Koenigseg.

Verifies data, completes state forms, makes disbursement for taxes and fees, and submits to the state

Processes New Car & Pre-Owned registrations on appropriate titling software system maintaining days out of < 21 days
Processes Pre-Owned vehicle title transfers
Prepares and distributes registration and license plate envelopes
Maintains follow-up on all incoming titles
Maintains and reconciles schedules for tax, title and license payable
Communicates with sales and finance as appropriate to resolve any titling issues
Work with out of state liasons to process out of state titling/registration
Knows and understands the Avondale Privacy and Information Securities Policy and adheres to its requirements
Attends department meetings as scheduled
Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma; and a minimum of six months of titling experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook and 10 Key
Experience with CDK a plus.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
