Receptionist- Green Brick Title

The Receptionist must believe in, practice and initiate all Green Brick Partners values set forth in an acronym we call HOME. They must be Honest, Objective, Mature and Efficient in how he or she approaches their role at Green Brick Partners.

To welcome our customers and assist with administrative duties.

• Answering and directing phone calls.
• Scheduling conference rooms and re-setting the rooms back to neat order.
• Updating telephone lists.
• Greeting and assisting visitors.
• Ordering and stocking office and kitchen supplies. Maintaining stock and order of the kitchen.
• Handling all incoming and outgoing mail, including expedite services.
• Miscellaneous projects and data-input as required.

Requirements

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be professional and friendly.
• Require MS Office skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in an environment that is an open-office and many distractions.

Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; walk up and down stairs; walk on unlevel terrain; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision ability required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision.
