ABOUT THE JOB

Our client is an innovative social media platform, currently on the lookout for a Creator Fund Operations Manager to work for a dynamic new fund program. As the main operations manager, it'll be your role to manage and support the social media content moderation and evaluation of applications. This role is remote, the company has offices in London and Los Angeles, and occasional travel to their offices is necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and track fund metrics, ensuring weekly reporting.
• Be responsible for the management of all fund applications, understanding the eligibility and placements.
• Support the moderation of all social media content regarding the fund program.
• Collaborate with other teams ensuring the fund experience is smooth and effective.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years experience in a social media/content creation role.
• Experience in email management, talent coordinator and/or program management
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
