Freelance Social Media Coordinator

Production Masterminds is looking for a creative, savvy, and determined individual to join our project team overseeing the coordination of our new groundbreaking social media campaigns. The team member we are looking for must be an avid follower of social media and be well versed in the latest trends and platform updates and have a strong desire to continuously learn new ways to accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

• Work with creative team including video editors, graphic designers, and team strategists to determine best look and feel for posts
• Oversee and manage weekly scheduling and publishing of content per the outlined strategy.
• Be able to analyze and communicate KPIs to continually enhance content performance while providing recommendations to improve effectiveness.
• Be able to build and maintain reports displaying key performance indicators for campaign
• Be able to manage community communication across platforms to increase audience engagement
• Understand how to write compelling and engaging copy based on platform best practices and engagement trends.
• Create, manage, and oversee content calendars that can be easily understood, tracked, and managed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a social media coordinator or content manager
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience using social media management tools and scheduling platforms
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Passion for current trends and algorithm changes across social media
