Job Summary

The Athletics Department at the University of Colorado Boulder encourages applications for multiple Ticket Office Customer Service Representatives! These positions are part of our Ticket Operations team. As a Ticket Office Representative, you will connect with our fans and assist them with all their ticketing needs.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

As a Ticket Office Customer Service Representative, you will:
  • Assisting ticket managers in opening/closing duties.
  • Assisting season ticket holders with renewing, purchasing or accessing their tickets.
  • Answering questions for any general fans calling in.
  • Assisting ticket managers in checking voicemails and e-mails.
  • Assist fans in purchasing tickets and accessing their tickets.
  • Assist ticket managers with any daily tasks.
  • Be responsible for answering phones.

What You Should Know

  • Some weekends and holidays necessary including July 1-3.
  • These positions work fully onsite in the various CU Boulder venues.
  • These are temporary positions.
  • Schedules vary depending on the event schedule and need, and will be between 20 and 40 hours per week.
  • All University of Colorado Boulder employees are required to comply with the campus COVID-19 vaccine requirement. New employees must provide proof of vaccination or receive a medical or religious exemption within 30 days of employment.

What We Can Offer

  • The hourly rate is $15.00.

Benefits

Temporary positions at the University of Colorado are not benefits-eligible, however, all positions are eligible for paid sick leave.

What We Require

  • 6 months of customer service experience.

What You Will Need

  • Works well with people in a team and in a service position.
  • Ability to make decisions based on situational circumstances.
  • Ability to report promptly to assigned shifts.

What We Would Like You to Have

  • Customer service experience in an Athletics setting.
  • Working towards a sports related degree or sports related career path.
  • Previous experience with collegiate Athletic.
