: Support customers with inquiries on financial products and services. Identify ways to improve customer experience within established procedures. Perform routine customer support tasks by responding to and resolving customer inquiries and complaints. Receive direction from customer service supervisor. Escalate questions and issues to more experienced representatives. Interact with immediate customer service team as well as internal and external customers on incoming questions and concerns. Required Qualifications: 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Part of Pilot Program
100% on site
Monday through Friday 10:30am to 7pm
Bilingual- English and Spanish
Location : Denver, CO (Training onsite)
Training will be onsite day one 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday (Lasting 2-4 months) once training is complete this role with turn into a hybrid role 3 days in office 2 from home.
Day To Day
  • Handle Wire Transactions initial wires and cases and wire issues
  • Coming from a call center is best.
  • Should have more than just a customer service background.
Customer service / heavy call volume (on phone all day)
Typically using MS Office suite.
Should be able to multi task and use multiple applications through given day
Should have strong typing skills.
They will be working directly with customers strong communication and customer service.
