Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team.


This Customer Service Representative will act as the primary customer service contact for in-bound customer / client calls solving problems and answering inquiries, utilizing excellent oral and written communication skills.


Responsibilities


  • Receive incoming customer client calls using excellent customer service and telephone skills
  • Uses related software, mainframe applications, and appropriate documentation to answer inquiries
  • Answer inquiries and resolve customer issues.
  • Work directly with external business, corporate customers and operational staff to resolve issues, customer problems and more complex inquiries
  • Tracks regular target performance and provides results to management and ensures accuracy of documentation including

Qualifications


  • Requires efficient and accurate handling of money
  • Requires excellent oral and written communication skills while assisting and interacting with customers and associates
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training in a customer service environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong data entry and computer skills
  • Requires the ability to operate office equipment (copiers, phones, computers, etc.)
