The Role
Handling administrative tasks: From organizing schedules to maintaining records, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient operations.
Assisting in employee onboarding: You'll help new team members start their journey on the right foot.
Providing support to our staff: Addressing their needs and concerns empathetically and resourcefully via our HR inbox or on an ad-hoc basis.
Managing new hires and exits: Facilitating the onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintaining HR systems: Keeping Workday and ADP updated with personnel changes.
Contributing to communication: Assisting in creating the HR Newsletter.
Data management: Inputting statistics into biweekly executive summaries and updating org charts.
Supporting Professional Development: Aiding the Director in maintaining the database and coordinating meetings.
Assisting in HR projects: Providing valuable support to the HR team as required.
