Manufacturer in the Muskogee, Oklahoma area is seeking a highly professional individual for an HR Generalist II position,

This would be a great opportunity to be the sole HR contact for this location, reporting to the HR Manager in Houston, Texas.

In addition to the maturity, professionalism, and HR leadership that will be imperative in take on this role-

The ideal candidate will be strong in employee relations, HR laws, building strong relationships with internal business partners, strong decision making and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail, & works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

This HR Professional will build strong relationships with company managers in order to help them with their human resource needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must have!

Education and experience requirements-

• Bachelor's degree- preferably majoring in Human Resources
• 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
• HR experience within a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or industrial environment is highly preferred
