As a Remote RN Case Management Specialist, you'll play an integral role in orchestrating and advocating for the comprehensive care needs of patients. Requirements
Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in SC or compact license.
Preferred Certification In Case Management (CCM) Or Similar (ACM).
A minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, care coordination, or related roles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse populations and build strong remote relationships.
Profound critical thinking and problem-solving prowess to navigate complex medical situations and devise innovative solutions.
Proficiency in telehealth technologies and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
