Job Description

Responsibilities
:
Office Efficiency: Provide essential administrative support to ensure the seamless operation of our office.
Communication Hub: Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, arrange conference calls, and warmly welcome visitors.
Administrative Tasks: Tackle various administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning documents.
Online Presence: Keep our company website and social media profiles up to date.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the functionality of office equipment by performing routine maintenance, scheduling repairs, and evaluating new technologies.
Inventory Management: Keep track of office supplies, anticipate needs, and place orders when necessary.
Correspondence Management: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
Professional Communication: Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all interactions, whether over the phone, through email, or in written correspondence.
Project Support: Assist in preparing project proposals and manage files, expenses, billings, and project statuses.
Presentation Assistance: Prepare materials for presentations and meetings when working with clients, architects, and contractors.
Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred in architecture, marketing, business, communications, or equivalent.
Experience: 3 - 5 years of administrative experience.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the architecture/engineering world is advantageous.
Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Time Management: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Adaptability: Ability to work well with individuals at all organizational levels and adapt to changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Commitment: A commitment to excellence and high standards in your work.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Location: This is a hybrid remote position based in Charleston, SC 29401. Applicants must be willing to reliably commute or relocate before starting work.
Experience
Administrative: 2 years (Required)
Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
Construction Architecture/Engineering: 1 year (Preferred)
