Your Impact
As the Executive Assistant III, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of operations. Your skills will shine as you interact with internal and external stakeholders, exercise discretion, and support senior management.
Qualifications For Success
A Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) or Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) designation is preferred.
Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will set you apart as you collaborate effectively with diverse audiences, including executives and senior management.
Education & Experience
A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Five years of experience in administrative support, with at least two years supporting executive-level management. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Your Role in a Nutshell
Organize and prioritize correspondence, freeing up executives' time for strategic tasks.
Craft correspondence, memos, reports, and more, showcasing your attention to detail and proactive attitude.
Serve as a liaison, managing appointments, calls, and executive calendars.
Contribute to budget management, file maintenance, and inventory control.
Collaborate with the leadership team, offering support in various operational capacities.
Embrace company events and initiatives, making every occasion special.

We value your contributions. The salary range of $35,000 - $80,000 reflects the recognition of your skills, experience, and dedication.
