Supervisory Information Technology Specialist

Summary

The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is responsible for planning, developing,
implementing, managing and supporting data processing, telecommunications, and information
resources management systems for Headquarters and Field offices of the National Labor
Relations Board (NLRB). This position is responsible for application development, operations and maintenance, information architecture and comprehensive IT project and program management for Headquarters and Field offices.

Duties

As a Supervisory Information Technology Specialist GS-2210-15, your typical work assignments may include:

• Ensuring that the Agency's technical infrastructure and data management policies and guidelines effectively serve the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
• Leading the statistical analysis of initiatives with focus on improving agency data collection and maintenance standards and recommending strategies to ensure and improve data integrity.
• Developing the Agency's Data Reporting Strategy to provide insight to Regional and Program offices on all data governance issues.
• Identifying opportunities to improve organizational outcomes using data, builds and oversee predictive models, and interpret data to highlight novel insights.
• Identifying the strategic infrastructure investments and integrations to support open data and automate data quality and data management functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $155,700.00 - $183,500.00 per year
