Join us as a Catalytic Reforming & Aromatics Technology Engineer and become an integral part of our Technology team at a prominent global company, committed to innovation and superior client service. As a key player in our Americas Regional Operations Center (ROC), you will contribute to the development of groundbreaking technical offers, provide exceptional customer support, and drive forward the next-generation solutions in the ever-evolving energy and petrochemical landscape.
Your Role And Responsibilities
As a member of our dedicated Catalytic Reforming & Aromatics Technology team, you will have the chance to:
Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with technology counterparts within our organization, ensuring that our engineering tools and processes are at the forefront of industry advancements.
Technical Leadership: Develop and maintain internal design standards, presenting technical projections, proposals, and studies to support evaluations by clients, both for existing and future projects.
Commercial Solutions: Support the development of commercial proposals, including revamping existing units, using your expertise to enhance the performance and efficiency of our catalysts.
Project Execution: Play a vital role in awarded projects by providing expert knowledge, ensuring the design meets performance expectations, and facilitating clear communication with clients.
Technology Development: Identify and propose improvement concepts, actively collaborating with global technology development teams to position us for future successes.
Technical Support & Relationship Building: Offer after-sales technical service, optimizing clients' operations through remote monitoring and regular site visits, building lasting relationships and showcasing our industry-leading expertise.
Knowledge Sharing & Advocacy: Provide training to team members, participate in industry conferences, and present technology advantages to external parties.
What We Look For
Technical Prowess: A degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience, with a strong knowledge of catalytic Reforming and relevant engineering fundamentals.
Experience Matters: Two or more years of experience in the petrochemical and/or refining industry, with a focus on catalytic Reforming preferred.
Innovative Mindset: You're tech-savvy and embrace innovation, leveraging digital tools and technologies to drive excellence.
Results-Driven: You consistently deliver outstanding results, even in challenging situations, and are committed to meeting clients' unique needs.
