• The purpose of this position is to design, develop, and manage the technical aspects of the disease surveillance electronic data exchange infrastructure for the Client.
• In the event technical assistance staff augments the existing team, this role also oversees the development work performed by the augmented technical assistance staff.

Skills Required:

• Expertise with SQL Required 15 Years
• Ability to provide guidance to other development staff related to electronic messaging interface projects Required 15 Years
• Expertise with development and configuration within integration engines (especially the Rhapsody integration engine) Required 15 Years
• Capacity to quickly troubleshoot technical issues – including researching new concepts – that may be required to meet the demands of the fast-paced Required 15 Years
• Expertise with HL7 electronic messaging standards Required 15 Years
