Job Description

Eqlipse is looking to hire a dedicated Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter to attract the best possible candidates in our industry!Your job will be to match the best candidates to vacancies at Eqlipse.


A successful candidate must have experience recruiting Computer Scientists and Engineers for the US Intelligence Community.


You will run the end-to-end recruitment process for all our open positions and will be at the center of our efforts to get the right engineers to support our Government Customer. This position offers telework opportunities.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain up to date requisitions in our hiring system, as well as across other job site platforms.
  • Continually add more talent to our hiring pipeline, and strictly adhere to a repeatable process for the tracking and engagement of talent.
  • Become proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking System, sourcing databases, and recruiting tools. When requested, research and recommend new recruiting tools, databases, and platforms.
  • Provide weekly reports, as well as on-going candidate reports as requested.
  • Full life cycle recruiting, to include requisition management, and sourcing.
  • Represent employment opportunities with Company; screen applicants for company fit and clearance fit, and represent Company in areas of technical work, culture, benefits, career growth, and other relevant information.
  • Other duties as assigned to support dynamic and thriving organization.
  • Create hiring programs and hiring promotions; host and/or attend events to generate candidates, to include hiring fairs, college fairs, and conferences.
  • Experience recruiting in support of the Intelligence Community is required. Experiencerecruitingfor the MarylandProcurementOffice Customer is desired.how our customers accomplish their most complex national security missions.   • Perform full life cycle recruiting to include position matching, profitability assessment, offer negotiations, and offer documentation.
  • Other duties as requested from Management, related to supporting company growth, employee retention and business needs.
  • Gain in depth understanding of hiring needs and solicit information as needed from Program Manager(s) and Tech Leads to understand, author, and represent Company hiring needs/requisitions.
  • Use marketing materials and other sourcing initiatives to generate qualified candidates. Source, identify and engage talent, to include both active and non-active job seekers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our target talent pipeline. Generate an active candidate pipeline for both current and anticipated future hiring needs.
  • Reach out to talent pipeline with targeted employment opportunities; educate and keep apprised of what differentiates Company from other employers, and provide insight on culture, capability offerings, job openings/career options, and benefits.
  • Consistently track candidate statuses and data; keep accurate and up to date records on candidates.
