Job Description

Background:

Innosoft is a mature SDB with proven qualifications in Health IT services and solutions since 2001. Our core portfolio of Health IT digital service competencies includes 200+ staff that support enterprise systems development and program management across U.S. Federal, State, and Commercial clients. Innosoft has developed a deep competency in Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace programs through the implementation of several key Federal and State-based Health Insurance Exchange systems (ACA/Obamacare). We offer small business competitiveness and agility with large business experience, capabilities, and solutions.

The ideal candidate is a Talent Acquisition Specialist or experience as a Technical Recruiter, with strong Recruitment and interviewing skills. Works with the HR and BD Team to source Technically skilled candidates for open requisitions in response to Work Order Requests and Requests for Proposals. Must have strong Technical and communication skills and be able to keep up to date in the latest trends and technologies in the tech industry to effectively source and recruit technical talent.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and streamline recruitment processes and tools.
  • Utilizing innovative sourcing techniques, including leveraging Boolean searches, data mining, and other advanced search methods to identify niche technical talent.
  • Pre-screening and evaluating candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit to present a qualified shortlist to Client.
  • Providing timely and insightful feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders, fostering clear communication and alignment.
  • Staying current with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to create detailed and compelling job descriptions that accurately represent the technical requirements and company culture.
  • Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline by engaging with passive candidates and nurturing relationships for future opportunities.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout.
  • Conducting comprehensive research to identify potential candidates through various channels such as social media, job boards, vendor provided resumes, and referrals.
  • Participating in technical interviews to assess candidates' proficiency and potential contribution to the organization.
  • Proactively reach out to potential candidates through cold calls to introduce our organization, discuss career opportunities, and assess their interest and fit for specific technical roles.


Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an Information Technology Discipline, Business Administration (or) related field.


General Experience:

  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and attracting technical talent through various channels, including social media, online platforms, etc.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage and streamline the recruitment process.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of requisitions and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional candidate experiences and building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience of 8+ years as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role, with a focus on recruiting for technical positions such as software developers, Architects, Analysts, Engineers, data scientists, etc.
  • Strong understanding of technical skills and experience required for different roles within the organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong Communication and problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing recruitment needs and priorities.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.
