About The Role
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers across multiple locations in the United States to seek out, assess, attract and hire the best talent - both internally and externally. This position requires travel to learn about each of our locations to best support their recruitment needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, develop sourcing and recruitment strategy, and advise on current talent market trends.
- Promote positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process.
- Perform full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, obtaining feedback, negotiating offers, and pre-employment paperwork and compliance across multiple business lines and geographies within the United States.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards.
- Maintain current knowledge of the practices; procedures; and processes of recruiting and outreach.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with university and college placement offices; community organizations; associations; technical school placement offices; and other relevant groups as a source of qualified applicants who are knowledgeable; if not representative; of multi-cultural groups in the United States.
- Reduce the organization's reliance and spend on third party recruiting agency vendors.
- Participate in recruiting events to include national and college level career fairs.
- Utilize resume databases and social media to create recruitment campaigns and source talent.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns with tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels within the organization.
- Ability to Travel 15%
- Experience using direct sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pooling and industry relevant job boards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or relevant program.
- 2 or more years of experience in end to end technical recruitment.
- Experience or ability to quickly learn an applicant tracking system.
