Jr. Recruiter - Remote

Summary:
As a key member of our growing talent acquisition team in the Security and Electronics Systems Division (SES), you will partner with Sr. Recruiters and hiring managers meet the companies growing and evolving organizational needs. You will take the lead to recruit candidates into administrative and entry level technical roles. You will also be key in supporting our employee referral program and 3 rd party agency and candidates.
Responsibilities

• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Schedules and attend job\career fairs with appropriate staff to generate qualified applicants.
• Utilizes technology and other creative sources to attract, identify, and communicate with potential candidates to encourage interest in particular postings.
• Develops extensive pools of highly qualified, diverse candidates to fill current and future needs.
• Full life-cycle recruitment of administrative and entry level technical roles

Education and Experience:

• Experience with recruiting tools systems and tools
• 6-8 years of experience with a high school diploma
• 4-6 years of experience and an associate's degree
• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing with a bachelor's degree or
• Ability and willingness to solve challenges through innovation; able to work with minimal direction and supervision; proactive, not reactive.
• Prior experience within an engineering organization is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical thinker; comfortable working with data/Excel

Pay rate: $53,625 - $85,800
