Job Description
Position Summary


We are currently seeking a Corporate Recruiter to search and hire our growing personnel! This role is an addition to the current recruitment and HR staff we have on board. This position will be based in Ashburn, VA and is a hybrid role which is accomplished through a mix of in office and work from home.


As a Corporate Recruiter, you will own the Recruitment process for DSI Tech. You will drive the process from start to finish utilizing full life cycle recruitment, ensuring a seamless process. You will be working with a team of great people within the HR Department.

Position Responsibilities


  • Update and submit recruitment reports
  • Update and maintain talent management database
  • You will build applicant sources and networks using both conventional and unconventional techniques
  • You will develop effective working relationships with hiring managers and staff, clarifying and understanding requirements and business needs
  • Will travel to local college job fairs (and some out of state) when needed.
  • You determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Conduct interview (via face to face and CiscoWebEx)
  • Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements; using newsgroups, social media, and job sites as well as keeping our internal/external websites job positions current
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases and social media platforms
  • Administer background checks and conduct reference checks
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices


Qualifications / Skills / Knowledge


  • AIRS certification (PRC) (Professional Recruiter Certification) (a plus)
  • You have a passion for Recruitment, and want to be in the driver’s seat
  • BS in Human Resource Management preferred
  • Experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems (JazzHR, BambooHR, iCIMS)
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written). Must be able to write in a clear and concise manner using the English language with no grammar issues.
  • Your focus primarily has been full life cycle recruitment for Engineers, Sales professionals (both inside and outside), as well as other positions such as Directors, Project Managers and Bids/Proposals professionals
  • You have a minimum range of 3 to 4 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment
