JOB DESCRIPTION


As a TPM in Wholesale Credit Risk Technology, you thrive at managing complex technology programs that have far-reaching implications for clients, employees, and stakeholders throughout the firm. You'll work to define, organize, and track highly visible regulatory, technology, and business-driven programs. You will have the opportunity to engage with stakeholders across Tech, Credit Risk, and Operations to ensure progress on strategic initiatives.

This role requires:

  • Ability to establish priorities, define a roadmap for our Core Architecture uplift and ensure that the project is running on time
  • Prepare executive level program materials as well as detailed target state architecture diagrams
  • Create self-service processes to collect and track progress toward on strategic technical and business goals
  • A strong grasp of the big-picture – namely, how can technology help achieve business goals

This role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm
  • Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution
  • Experience delivering system architecture projects including move to the cloud, a plus
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methods; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operations
  • Expert knowledge in all business processes across an entire line of business, as well expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplines
  • Understanding of global and line of business project and program management standards and methods
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
