Origin was established in 2006 with a primary focus on providing application/technology advisory and solution implementation services to public sector entities and utilities. Since that time, Origin has expanded to five countries and continues to grow in number of consultants, number of client partnerships, and expansion of our offerings based on our commitment to delivering and supporting the best enterprise applications in the market.
In this role you will be responsible for technical design and deployment of all aspects of the Origin technology stack; including applications, integration modules, and custom modification, interacting with project management, functional consultants, and development teams to ensure the infrastructure capabilities align with project requirements. You will communicate with all tiers of a customer’s business (subordinate through executive) via oral presentations, verbal conversations, and written documentation.
We need you to provide technical configuration, environment management and support during the SIT/UAT and Go-Live phases for the implementation of the Infor Public Sector (IPS) enterprise software platform, specifically with the CloudSuite solution that includes and utilises the core functionality of Asset Management, Community Development & Regulation (CDR), Rhythm Portal and Infor Operating Services (Infor OS) solutions.
Requirements:
SOLUTION AND BUSINESS DOMAIN EXPERIENCE
- Business change management/transformation experience in supporting transition from legacy solutions and the integration of modern Public Service software solutions with other enterprise applications.
- Preferred experience with Infor ION (Intelligent Open Network) which is fully embedded within Infor OS.
- Strong experience in the implementation, support, and end user experience of the Infor Public Sector (IPS) enterprise software platform, specifically with the CloudSuite solution that includes and utilises the core functionality of Asset Management, Community Development & Regulation (CDR), Rhythm Portal and Infor Operating Services (Infor OS) solutions.
EXCEPTION
- Training in the solutions described may be provided to candidates coming from similar domains and client experiences who have strong Tech Stack skills as described below.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Four-year college or university degree; and
- 4+ years related experience and/or training
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to work onsite, alongside Origin's clients and partners, as required. Remote working opportunities will be provided as much as possible.
TECH STACK
- Skills using HTML5 and open-source?technologies.
- CSV, XML, JDBC, JMS, flat file, FTP, sFTP, direct database connectors (Microsoft® SQL Server, Oracle®, Postgres, and DB2 drivers), JMS Client libraries.
- SOAP Web Services, RESTful APIs,
- Experience with Infor ION (Intelligent Open Network) is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of a cloud-native applications
