Technical Implementation Specialist Jobs

Basic computer troubleshooting skills are required. Knowledge of core banking systems and ancillary products is a plus.

Coordinates and manages the technical aspects of the implementation process for SHAZAM core, digital banking, document imaging and ancillary systems.

Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects across departmental boundaries.

Minimum of 3 years technical support experience.

Experience with a customer ticket tracking system preferred.

Knowledge of IBM iSeries, RPG, SQL databases (PostgreSQL), FTP, Windows, Unix, Linux (RedHat), Bash Scripting, and Salesforce.

Excellent verbal and written communication and problem solving abilities. Demonstrated experience interacting with customer stakeholders at all management levels.

Extensive experience interfacing with external clients including written, virtual and face to face interactions and senior management level communications.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to take a process and work with management to suggest modifications focusing on client satisfaction and efficiency.

Experience leading an Agile Scrum team.

Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.

· Must have PC skills, to include Microsoft Word and Excel.

Work closely with Implementation leadership, front-line Implementation Managers, product leadership, finance & data teams to spec requirements & prioritize initiatives

Manage day to day activities of system management such as user provisioning, permissions, troubleshooting issues

1-2 years in an Implementation, Professional Services, Customer Experience organization

Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, SQL, Jira, Excel

Develop a deep understanding of Rippling’s products, implementation processes, and customer segments

Identify, prioritize and execute on process improvement and automation initiatives, including process design, training & documentation and systems design

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field.

25+ year's of experience with expertise in financial operations, with emphasis on fare collection, fare reconciliation and revenue security.

Review, edit and determine accuracy of New Fare Technology System Design and Implementation.

Provide compliance review and reporting on rules, policies, and procedures.

Provide policy guidance in the development of a POP (proof of payment) inspection system for new start systems.

A.S./B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or related technical experience, or equivalent experience (preferred)

Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate both internally and client-facing

Complete the Continuous Training Module (completed within 3 months of the start date)

Demonstrates willingness to learn and follow directions

Train, coach, collaborate, and troubleshoot with others within the organization (namely Sales, Client Support, QA Engineering and product management departments).

Customer service experience and skills; the ability to be accurate, empathetic, and helpful in communicating with clients.

Deploy strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve any technical issues with the integrations or solutions.

Fundamental understanding of network technologies including firewalls, content filters, routing/switching, VLANs, and 802.11a/b/g/n/ac wireless.

Experience in a on-site system implementation or technical support role.

Provide world-class service to our customers via on-site visits, phone, or email, for our hardware and software products.

Frequent travel to customer sites for site surveys and implementations.

Special projects related to product support.

Preferred experience with Infor ION (Intelligent Open Network) which is fully embedded within Infor OS.

4+ years related experience and/or training

Able to work onsite, alongside Origin's clients and partners, as required. Remote working opportunities will be provided as much as possible.

Experience with Infor ION (Intelligent Open Network) is strongly preferred

Knowledge of a cloud-native applications

Skills using HTML5 and open-source?technologies.

Software experience with one or more of the following, Installation, support, training or healthcare industry knowledge

Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Fluent English or local language.

Experience with large implementations and providing customer satisfaction and quality

Well defined organizational skills and decision making ability
