This position is fully onsite; must be local to Suwanee, GA!
Position Overview For The Technical Customer Care Lead
- Serve as the point of escalation for tier II and above customer issues.
- Continuously improve processes and resources across the team through effective training and goal setting.
- Track call center phone queue and account responses to ensure representatives are resolving issues in an effective and timely manner.
- Assist Support Supervisors with improvement objectives and administrative tasks as needed.
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a technical environment, troubleshooting hardware components (HVAC or household appliances/technology highly preferred).
- 2+ years of extensive Microsoft Office experience.
- 1+ year of lead or senior level customer service experience.
- Strong experience in a call center environment.
