Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Lead to assist our team and Customer Care Manager. The lead responsibilities include providing training to new CSRs, managing the day to day CSR tasks, addressing key customer service aspects like new applications and work orders, support billing and field operations as well as providing service to our customers. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able gain the trust and respect of employees and to earn our customer's trust.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in training new and current Customer Service Representatives
  • Monitor key aspects such as new applications, work orders, email inboxes and complex customer requests
  • Supports billing and field processes
  • Manage day to day tasks of current CSR team
Requirements
  • Experience as a Customer Service Specialist or similar CSR role
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus
  • Internal applicants should be in good standing with no recent corrective action
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
