You will be leading one of our global teams of Content Writers on the forefront of exciting AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology while helping to edit Bot responses and shape future performance.

An ideal Team Lead will nurture a passion for research and creative writing in the team. You will guide the team to always seek to provide an enriching response to queries, understanding that those responses will improve AI content.

This role is 100% onsite in Mesa, AZ with a desirable Mon-Fri schedule.

Candidates must be local to Mesa, AZ area or willing to relocate at their own expense.

What you will do:

• Focus, motivate and inspire teams to drive performance and deliver against agreed KPIs and targets
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reporting & trending
• Point of contact for client and internal escalations

• Perform root cause analysis as required
• Manage conflicting priorities within team and/or client
• Seek to improve service delivery, through process gap analysis and ideation
• Stay up to date with product knowledge to make effective recommendations for improved performance

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Degree in Linguistics, Communications Science, Journalism or related Language fields is preferred
• Experience annotating data with linguistic, syntactic, semantic, pragmatic, phonetic information, depending on the requirements of the project
• Data Analysis

• Native-level fluency in English

• Experience managing new teams working in an office
• Strong technology skills and are happy to learn new technology quickly

• Reporting skills preferred
• Problem solver in nature, able to do so in ambiguity
• Highly communicative, flexible, open-minded and with a consultative approach
• Happy to go the extra mile to find a solution to the client’s needs
• Pro-active approach

• Hands-on familiarity of G-Suite
