Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team, you will be at the forefront of innovation, gathering functional and business requirements to develop operational and financial models, dashboards, and management reports.
You'll oversee and manage the implementation and maintenance of TBM data and TBM Cost Transparency Model reports, empowering our clients to make informed and strategic decisions.
With your visionary mindset, you'll develop long-term objectives and plans for our organization's technology function, charting a course towards excellence.
Leading a team will be your forte, as you maintain high levels of engagement, productivity, and accountability among your colleagues.
You'll shine in your role by assessing performance, identifying areas of improvement, and nurturing valuable relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
Put your analytical prowess to work as you design and implement custom algorithms, new processes, and layouts for complex, enterprise-scale data sets used for modeling and research purposes.
Qualifications Of Our Ideal Candidate
With at least 5 years of experience leading a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function and a CIO function, you bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
Your mastery of financial analysis and forecasting techniques, coupled with a successful track record in budgeting and cost management processes, sets you apart.
Communication is your superpower – you can present data and insights to senior executives with clarity and impact.
You possess in-depth knowledge of application development and IT operations processes, allowing you to make well-informed decisions.
Managing complex projects that span multiple departments is where you thrive, and your exceptional interpersonal communication skills make teamwork a breeze.
