Tax Equity Specialist Jobs

We are seeking a Tax Equity expert to grow our renewable energy tax credit unit. Other areas of tax credits are interesting as well. Relevant expertise in tax credit finance is mandatory but blockchain experience is not required.

:

o Highly entrepreneurial role involved in developing the product, lead generation pipeline, and deal evaluation processes. This is a "seat at the table" position for the right candidate.

o Lead the prospecting, evaluation, and credit risk analysis of new deals and clients

o Assess and evaluate the investments and specific investment opportunities

o Develop underwriting and risk procedures incorporating credit risk management as well as objectives for sponsor and investor partners

o Design responsible investing strategies, measurement and reporting

Qualifications:

Track record of excellence and taking initiative.

5 yrs minimum direct professional experience driving project finance for solar, wind, biogas, energy storage, carbon sequestration, and/or credit risk

Due diligence and credit risk management across the investment lifecycle.

Robust understanding of capital markets and syndication with a passion for sustainable finance and impact

Deep understanding of buy and sell-side investment banking and private equity relationship management and investing
