Job Overview


We are actively seeking a highly-motivated Talent Recruiter and Manager located in Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, or Missouri to join our team.


We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the e-commerce space, preferably with prior experience as an eCommerce Manager in an e-commerce brand. As a Talent Recruiter and Manager at Onda, your primary role will be to build and maintain relationships with talented individuals across various positions. Drawing from your deep understanding of the e-commerce space, preferably with prior experience as an eCommerce Manager, you will utilize your expertise to resource talent through platforms like Recruiter Flow, review candidate profiles, conduct phone interviews, keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process, and maintain talent relationships.


In addition to your talent acquisition skills, we highly value your ability to assess the skills and capabilities of potential candidates. You will be responsible for resourcing or designing and implementing test projects to evaluate candidates' abilities, ensuring that they can effectively deliver on their claims. Your insights and recommendations will play a critical role in identifying the best-fit talent for our client needs. To facilitate seamless talent management, you will leverage your organizational skills to manage talent records in Monday.com. This will involve maintaining accurate and up-to-date information to ensure efficient talent tracking and management processes.

Responsibilities


  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews with potential candidates.
  • Design and implement test projects to assess candidates' skills and determine if they can effectively deliver on their claims.
  • Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies to attract and nurture top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Make recommendations of talent for client deals based on your thorough understanding of their skills and capabilities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the e-commerce talent landscape, adapting recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Continuously analyze and enhance recruitment processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and recommend suitable talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing talent to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction.
  • Manage talent records in Monday.com to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.


Skills

  • Proven experience as a talent recruiter or manager, preferably in a fast-paced startup or agency environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to navigate through changing priorities and dynamic recruitment needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with talent.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a cooperative and inclusive atmosphere.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Recruiter Flow.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving goals and objectives in talent acquisition.
  • Strong organizational abilities to effectively manage multiple priorities and ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Superior note-taking ability to capture important details and insights during candidate interactions.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to continuous learning and growth in the e-commerce industry.


Qualifications


  • 2-4 years of experience in talent recruitment or management.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous exposure to digital marketing or eCommerce.
  • Familiarity with Recruiter Flow or a similar applicant tracking system.
  • Located in Colorado, Illinois, Kansas or Missouri
  • Driven to grow business


Additional Information
  • 100% remote work
  • Long-term contract
  • 15-30+ hours a week

  • $20-30/hour
  • This is a 1099 independent contractor position
  • Flexible within normal US working hours. Hours may flex up or down depending on workload and needs within a specific timeframe.
  • Compensation is DOE and negotiable for the right candidate
