Job Description
Senior Talent Recruiter

Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for an energetic and creative Sr. Talent Recruiter who can make a significant impact on our team! You will be working with multiple stakeholders in the field such as our Market Partners and Managing Partners. We will provide you with the tools you need to source high quality candidates who want to make Red Robin their long-term home. Working with multiple markets across the US, your expertise will be needed to apply creative sourcing techniques that flex with the marketplace and help drive the way forward. You will primarily be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring Restaurant Managers of all levels. However, partnering with Field Leadership in identifying top talent will be essential for everyone to succeed.

Essential Functions of the Job

1) Source top candidates suitable for all performance levels of Red Robin Restaurants.

  • Create and foster relationships with colleges and professional organizations to attract and recruit diverse candidates.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates as required by the position using sourcing strategies such as passive candidate sourcing, leverage assigned sources, employ individual methodologies to source candidates via social media.
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates to include attendance at networking events on behalf of the Company.
  • Collaborate with the Director of TA, VP/Regional Partners, and Market Partners to set appropriate sourcing strategy.

2) Manage the entire recruiting process:

  • Manage applicant database and tracking system to ensure a great candidate experience.
  • Source, screen and qualify prospective candidates for specific restaurants and markets.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to ensure proper candidate workflow from phone screen through to onboarding (including negotiation)
  • Collaborate with leadership to manage approvals for the requisition prior to going live.

3) Source top candidates who are suitable for all performance levels of Red Robin Restaurants.

  • Create and foster relationships with colleges and professional organizations in order to attract and recruit diverse candidates.
  • Proactively source and build a strong candidate pipeline of high quality, diverse candidates through Red Robin networking and a variety of sources such as college recruiting, public organizations, DE&I focused organization, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Director of TA, VP/Regional Partners, and Market Partners to determine appropriate sourcing strategy.

4) Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at all levels within Field Leadership.

  • Create and maintain strong networking relationships with internal customers and external talent sources.
  • Seek opportunities to remove obstacles and implement efficient and unique recruiting techniques.

5) Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team and Human Resources on projects.

  • Contribute to a winning TA strategy by gathering information from HR and key stakeholders to understand and proactively respond to projected business needs.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Ability to use creative recruiting techniques to attract passive and active candidates from multiple organizations and networks.
  • Possess an outgoing, calm, focused attitude as a results-oriented, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial professional.
  • Effective management of multiple priorities while engaging stakeholders and driving accountability
  • 2+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience. (Hospitality Recruiting preferred)
  • Working knowledge of complex HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Previous experience recruiting in a nationwide, fast paced hospitality market.
  • Organized, detail oriented and demonstrated ability to manage high volume recruitment activities.
  • Recruit from diverse pools with a good understanding of DE&I practices
  • Ability to prioritize and work with changing needs through organization, time management and resources utilization to deliver consistent results and bring assignments to successful completion.

Compensation Range: $83,100.00 - $114,300.00
