We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our dynamic human resources team. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for 6 months in midwest , you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, possesses excellent sourcing capabilities, and has a passion for finding and engaging exceptional candidates.

Job Details

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our dynamic human resources team. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will have a crucial role in our organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, you will gain a deep understanding of their talent requirements, create effective recruitment strategies, and facilitate a seamless hiring process.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to comprehend their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

Utilize excellent sourcing capabilities to identify and attract exceptional candidates through various channels like job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

Arrange and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive and smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Conduct reference checks and background screenings when necessary.

Evaluate candidates alongside hiring managers and provide recommendations for hiring decisions.

Stay updated with industry trends, sourcing techniques, and recruitment strategies to ensure effective talent acquisition.

Provide regular progress updates to hiring managers and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.

Demonstrated expertise in using various sourcing techniques and tools to attract top talent.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

Strong multitasking and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Passion for identifying and engaging exceptional candidates.
