Job Description
  • Our Client, a leader in the financial investment industry, has an immediate need for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist.The position is located in Pittsburgh, PA and is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). This is a full time permanent position.Ideal candidates must have at least 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.


This position partners with management at all levels to provide both strategic and tactical support in the talent acquisition process by developing and executing recruiting and sourcing strategies through all aspects of the recruitment life cycle.

  • As needed, collaborate with management on succession planning, career pathing, employee assessment and talent pipelines
  • Conduct research relating to talent acquisition, market practices and special projects as needed
  • Establish and coordinate outreach efforts for diversity sites, organizations and other applicable resources liaising with organizations representing diversity within the community
  • Process separations and conduct exit interviews for exempt and non-exempt level positions
  • Provide employees with career counseling, as requested
  • Work with department management on the employment requisition/justification process
  • Partner with colleges/universities to establish long-term value-added relationships which include but is not limited to college recruiting, attending college/job fairs, making presentations to students and faculty and coordinating internship/co-op programs
  • Process E-Verify for new hires, H1Bs and other immigration paperwork, as appropriate
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies for assigned positions
  • Counsel interview team on interviewing techniques
  • Recruit, screen, interview, reject/hire candidates for management, exempt and non-exempt level positions



Required:

  • Articulate and professional -able to interact with more sophisticated candidates
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Full life-cycle recruiting experience - 3+ years

Preferred:

  • Diversity focused recruiting experience as well as experience with community and college outreach programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, PHR certification or talent management certification
  • Knowledgeable of multi-state employment regulations, bonus plans, etc.
  • Corporate recruiting experience
  • Experience with Word, Excel and PeopleSoft or HCM/ATS
