The A.C. Coy Company is currently hiring for Talent Acquisition/recruiter. This position is responsible for sourcing, qualifying and submitting best qualified candidates to open positions for our clients.

• Posts jobs through internal and external platforms, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates
• Experience in a technical or VMS recruiting environment strongly preferred
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment process, including applicant tracking
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail
• Sources candidates from multiple sources including internal database, external job boards, LinkedIn and calling into competing companies that utilize contingent labor
• Identifies internal and external candidates for vacant positions, including assessing job postings and employee referrals, screening resumes and conducting interviews by phone
• Maintains current knowledge of emerging technology to stay abreast of innovative sourcing trends and best recruitment practices
• Two or more years of experience as a Recruiter- agency experience strongly preferred
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Maintains updated candidate status / disposition in applicant tracking system
• Knowledge of social media recruiting (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• Delivers and negotiates job offers to candidates
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting candidate relationships, so that we can re-utilize the same candidate on multiple contract assignments and establish a pipeline of qualified resources
