Technica Corporation is seeking a Senior System Administrator to support customer events to include (but are not limited to) tests and evaluations, experimentation, operational and technical assessments, engineering spirals, exercises and training, innovation activities, cyber events, and demonstrations. CAOC-X is an extremely versatile environment, successfully candidates need to be ready for a fast paced, ever changing, experimental environmental supporting the AOC Weapon System.

• Responsible for configuration management documentation of system topologies
• Establish backups and monitors site security
• Security + or equivalent certification is required
• The Senior System Administrator is a master at Windows Server Administration and/or Linux Server Administration. Successful candidates have several years of experience building, integrating, managing, and maintaining Windows Servers and/or Linux Servers in operational environments.
• Responsible for applying security lockdowns on all customer equipment in accordance with DISA, JTF-GNO, and SPO guidance
• Other dutied as assigned
• DoD 8140.01 Compliant IAT II (CompTia Security +)
• CAOC-X is an extremely versatile environment successfully candidates need to be ready for a fast paced ever changing experimental environmental supporting COTS and GOTs systems and applications in support of the AOC Weapon System.
• Maintain virtual environment, servers and clients, creates monitoring reports and logs and ensures functionality of all external links
• 5-7 years of experience providing operational and daily support to maintain and manage various systems and networks
• Understanding of General System Interoperability in a LAN/WAN Environment
• Certifications and specific skillsets Windows OS, UNIX OS, ACAS, HBSS
• Bachelor's degree in IT and 5 years of relevant experience or Associates degree in IT and 7 years of relevant experience.
• Responsible for administration of network, computers, communications systems, including LAN, WAN, and the Core Services [including administration of user accounts, passwords, permissions, access control lists, email, chat and other server or network services]
• Monitor networks, websites, and servers for acceptable performance and user accessibility
• Provide installation, loading, and configuration of systems, servers, networks and virtualized systems
• Active Secret with eligibility for Top Secret Clearance
• Success candidates have experience with AWS, Microsoft System Center, SCCM, ACAS, HBSS, Cisco IOS, Data Encryption, and COMSEC
• Provide system administration expertise to customer for events and other activities
• CISCO IOS training
• Perform client systems administration
