This position is for a roving employee who will work in East Brunswick, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the US. Installing hardware and software for the network. Keeping systems operating efficiently by performing any necessary upgrades and repairs. Planning a strategy to maintain system security on the computers and the network as a whole. Optimizing and evaluating the system regularly. Assigning and updating security permissions for the system network. Training or directing users on the correct use of software and hardware within the system. Performing problem-solving tasks when alerted by a user or monitoring system. Perform root cause analysis of the tickets raised and create an action plan to resolve the problem to ensure right client satisfaction. Provide an acceptance and immediate resolution to the high priority tickets/ service, Installing and configuring software/ hardware requirements based on service requests. 100% adherence to timeliness as per the priority of each issue, to manage client expectations and ensure zero escalations. Provide application/ user access as per client requirements and requests to ensure timely solutioning. Must have a Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent degree (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field plus two (2) years of experience in a directly related position using one or more of the listed tools/technologies: McAfee Antivirus Endpoint Protection Solution - EPS, Service Now - System Administration, Unix - Implementation and Maintenance, VMware Server Admin, Web Services Admin, WebSphere Admin, or Windows Server Admin. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Must be willing to relocate and travel up to 10% within the US.

Work Hours: Full time (40 hours/week, 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri)
