About The Role

Passionate about connecting national carriers to the largest Neutral Host Provider? Your next role could keep millions of Americans connected across the top venues, metro, and outdoor spaces in the country. We’re looking for a talented Senior Vice President, Wireless Solutions (TMO) to lead all national engagement with TMO across our entire portfolio of assets and solutions, including enterprise and private networks. Based on the West Coast you will be responsible for growing our business with T-Mobile through expanded network partnerships and programs that drive new opportunities. Reporting directly to our Chief Commercial Officer will be connected to the executive team and be instrumental in the growth of the company.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the Business Development team you will be responsible for strategy, execution, and team management. At all levels, colleagues will rely on your leadership and knowledge to make sure that our efforts are fruitful. It’s a role with a lot of variety, and day-to-day, you’ll mainly be involved with:

• Incubating new business opportunities within T-Mobile and across the wireless industry through negotiation and flexible approaches
• Overseeing the entire national engagement with T-Mobile across DAS, Wi-Fi, Small Cell, Private Networking, and Tower Assets
• Creating the sales strategy and identifying business opportunities
• Identifying the key decision makers to validate and close locations for Venues, outdoor spaces, commercial real estate, and metro transportation

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited university with a minimum of 7 years of experience working in a Business Development position specifically with TMO
• Skilled negotiator with the ability to take complex business problems and turn them into win-win solutions
• Strong account relationship skills, creative, driven & self-motivated with an inherent curiosity

• Salary: $225,000 – 285,000 per year
