The SVP of Engagement will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty. This includes developing and implementing customer-centric initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to identify opportunities, and driving customer-focused initiatives across the organization. The SVP of Engagement will be responsible for developing and managing customer segmentation and loyalty programs, developing customer experience strategies, and driving customer-focused initiatives across the organization.
