About Growth and Transformation (G&T):

The G&T is the Consulting arm of the unit delivering Business, Technical Consulting & Advisory Services in the domains of New Product Innovation, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Excellence and Customer Experience Management. These are enabled by leading edge technology applied to business problem solving. These focused capabilities are in the areas of Digital Technologies, Business Intelligence & Analytics, SAP and Oracle. Core services emerge out of Digital Re-imagination, Simplification / Complexity Reduction, Enterprise Risk Management, Sustainability and Business Transformation.

The consultant will be part of the Consulting arm focusing on Environment, Social, Governance (ESG) Advisory directly working on consulting and value added projects at client locations.

Responsibilities:

1)Facilitate discussions with the client to elaborate on the areas of proposed improvements

2)Define the problem concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution

3)Develop and present a plan to implement the recommended changes

4)Support the business development activities of the firm such as pursuit development and production of thought papers

5)Provide clients with guidance regarding business process optimizations to improve operational business capabilities

6)Identifies business impacts and works to resolve scope and boundary issues

Expected Knowledge and Skills

1)10 - 15 years of consulting experience in Sustainability areas namely Decarbonization, Electrification and its related areas.

2)Must have a keen interest in all aspects of Environment, Social, Governance (ESG )

3)Hands-on experience of leading and successful implementation of sustainability/ ESG advisory solutions

4)Able to consult an execute projects for Environment, GHG, health, social performance, product stewardship reporting.

5)Able to consult an execute projects to support corporate ESG disclosures and related analysis including benchmarking projects

6)Able to analyze collated ESG data at basic and advanced level to provide meaningful insights for decision making.

7)Must have exposure to ESG ERP software(s) and prior experience working with corporate ESG disclosures software will be preferred like Enablon, SAP EHS , etc

8)Have exposure to use of Information Technology in ESG functions

9)Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

10)Ability to lead teams with a sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional client service

11)Ability to structure and manage intensive workloads

12)A worthy team player, dedicated to contributing toward the outcome desired by the team

13)High degree of emotional intelligence to effectively deal with increasingly diverse clients and teams

14)Confidence and maturity to work with senior client executives

Qualifications:

1)UG:B.Sc. & MSc or BeTech / MTech:Science, Sustainability. Environment Engineering

2)PG: PreferredM.Scor MBA Marketing , Sustainability
