Your role

You will work on board one of our vessels operating worldwide. As part of the survey team on board, the survey engineer is responsible for maintenance of the survey surface and subsea positioning systems, including specific project task preparations, installations and repairs. Our projects are very diverse and may get you involved in construction support activities as well as hydrographic survey work.

What we expect from you

Technical competences

• Good understanding of (ROV) survey hardware, software, methodologies, techniques including but not limited to standard type survey positioning equipment.
• Knowledge of the basic principles for IT networking
• HND electronic or electrical level and minimum two years relevant experience in hydrographic survey and positioning work.
• Familiar with ROV survey operations and offshore construction works
• Good command of the English language, verbally and in writing.

Soft skills

• Accurate methodical and systematic working attitude.
• Result driven.
• Good communication and team working skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
