Job Description


Kenvue is recruiting for a Vogue Planning Lead. This position will be reporting to the Associate Director of Supply Planning based out of Skillman, NJ.


The primary responsibility of the Vogue Planning Lead is to ensure continuity finished goods supply and deliver customer service excellence for the Vogue franchise. This position is responsible for managing inventory levels and the deployment of finished goods according to customer demands and company objectives. The position will also advise management and business partners of the current and future status of product supply related information for existing and new products.


Vogue Planning Lead responsibilities-


  • Support planning execution of Life Cycle Management projects and New Product launches.
  • Lead Special Projects to improve forecast accuracy, inventory reductions, transit time, and product availability.
  • Take advantage of mentoring opportunities to develop self, people management skills and provide critical guidance to future recruits.
  • Provide analyses and solutions for improving supply continuity and reducing cost, while achieving company objectives for customer service, inventory and gross profit.
  • Proactively communicate customer service impact (time period, dollars) to management and commercial team members.
  • Ensure accuracy and completion of system master data.
  • Inventory - Accountable for achieving brand/franchise inventory metric (dollars/DOS).
  • This position in Skillman, NJ or Summit, NJ and may require 5% domestic travel
  • Inventory management experience is required
  • A minimum of six (6) years of supply chain operations including (logistics, planning, forecasting, distribution, warehouse and procurement) experience is required
  • Achieve UFR metric and evaluate critical inventory situations by taking corrective actions to resolve both the immediate and potential future reoccurrence.
  • Consolidate and translate commercial demand into net requirements to drive capacity discussions at manufacturing sites.
  • Execute site transfers, planning processes, and upstream supply chain improvements in compliance with the Company policies and procedures.
  • Identify Slow Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) inventory and take appropriate action to discontinue/disposition inventory in support of brand/franchise SLOB metric.
  • Regularly collaborate with cross-functional partners including Global Planning, External Manufacturing, MSM, CLS, Finance, Quality, Sales and Marketing to resolve issues impacting their areas of responsibility.
  • APICS certification is preferred
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills are required
  • Experience with Six Sigma / LEAN / Process Excellence tools and/or certifications are preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems is required with SAP APO experience preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel is required, advanced ability (i.e. creating Pivot Tables and V-lookups) is preferred

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $88,000 – $124,000.
