Supply Chain Coordinator Jobs

Dynamic DFW area corporation seeks experienced Supply Chain Coordinator.

Will be responsible for the coordination of the rail car fleet and assist in the direction and management of the supply chain of bulk liquid inorganic chemicals. The Coordinator will also conduct analyses of the supply chain, and logistical data, with transactions involving suppliers, customers, and freight vendors.

Responsibilities:

· Coordination of the rail car fleet, including but not limited to, working closely with 3 PL vendors, identifying rail car locations, and rail car maintenance. Report, and plan, daily rail car shipment and maintenance performance.

· Analyzing data, and freight related information involving suppliers, customers, rail, truck, barge, and terminal vendors.

· Implement supply chain solutions by creating efficiencies, evaluating costs, and increasing profitability.

· Build working relationship(s), with the accounting team, to implement and execute supply chain optimization tools.

· Utilize efficiency and productivity metrics to measure performance.

· Interact with suppliers, customers, and vendors daily.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or Supply Chain Management

· Excellent Computer Skills with an emphasis on analysis with supply chain

· 3+ years-experience working in data analytics, supply chain and/or logistics

No relocation. Must currently live in DFW area.
