Job Summary:


The Vendor Management Manager is responsible for the day-to-day ARS processes at vendor site locations including process improvement and cost optimization. Vendor Management Manager will be responsible for authoring or approving contract documents, including service level exhibits, and statements of work. Vender Manager has the responsibility for all vended sites and the ARS leaders that manage these assistance centers.


This position is a permanent remote home-based worker. Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office, but it does need to be in the United States. This position is eligible for a monthly connectivity reimbursement to offset the costs of internet and phone expenses.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Interface with clients, relationship management, and functional leadership on a regular basis regarding key initiatives in order to ensure attainment of key business objectives
  • Function as a key point of contact for ARS and client interface supporting business development and as the back-up contact for the Vendor Management Leader
  • Manage to client key performance metrics including service levels, abandon rate, customer satisfaction and call quality performance, etc
  • Proactively manage expense related performance including AHT, tow mix, occupancy, provider selection, etc. in order to optimize expense base
  • Identify and execute process improvement opportunities that enhance customer/client experience and produce favorable expense variance
  • Assist with gathering and analyzing industry benchmarking data comparing ARS operations to similar companies and proactively offering solutions for closing gaps
  • Participate in the yearly operations planning process and provide recommendations for efficiency gains
  • Manage to key business metrics including call/transaction volumes, work product quality, client satisfaction and customer satisfaction
  • Execute and support vendor strategies ensuring minimal performance variation from site-to-site as appropriate


Education and Experience:


  • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • 7 or more years of experience (Preferred)

  • Ability to simplify multiple, complex operations into repeatable processes across sites
  • Extensive domestic and/or international travel required
  • Interface with a 24/7/365 operation

  • Strong communication and influencing skills with both internal and external audiences


Compensation offered for this role is $102,500.00-$170,375.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.


The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
