Get ready for your perfect summer internship, one that encourages you to think strategically and work with all levels of the business from collaborating with other interns to the executive level. Based in New York City, the J.Crew Group Summer Internship program serves as the opportunity of a lifetime to get a behind-the-scenes look at how we do things here at J.Crew, J.Crew Factory, and Madewell. Spend 10 weeks at our HQ in NYC, the hub from which our teams collaborate to foster creativity and development across all areas to make informed business decisions. Internships are available across several departments including Merchandise Planning, Allocation, Merchandising, Design and Sourcing.

Based in New York City, the J.Crew Group Sourcing Internship program serves as the opportunity of a lifetime to get a behind-the-scenes look at how we do things here at J.Crew and Madewell. Spend 13 weeks at Brookfield Place, the hub from which our merchants, designers, marketing, sourcing and business teams collaborate to make informed business decisions. In this role, innovation and forethought are required at both the macro and micro levels.

Our in-depth, challenging and rewarding internship will start you on the path to an amazing career and allow you to learn “hands on” how we work in a fashion retail environment. With that our program will be limited to a select group of the best talent. We strongly believe in developing a dynamic, creative and driven team that will become key assets in the continued growth of J.Crew Group, which is why we will be so selective in our internship program.

Pay Range: $20/hr

Hourly Range: $17.16 - $22.31

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The base salary is just one component of J.Crew Group’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes the opportunity for bonus, competitive benefits and perks.
