• We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Gaming Community Coordinator for our exciting summer internship opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Implement innovative ideas to enhance user engagement and retention within the gaming community.
• Actively seek out potential players and recruit them to participate in the tournaments, using financial incentives such as a cash reward for each new user brought onboard.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to recruit new users to join the games.
• Design and execute captivating tournaments for Betya's selected games, including Clash Royale, Chess, and League of Legends.
• Foster a positive and inclusive gaming community by moderating and administrating the group chats, resolving conflicts, and encouraging respectful communication.
• Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical issues related to the games and tournaments.
• Create tournament schedules, enforce rules, and manage all aspects of gameplay to ensure fair competition and an engaging experience for participants.
• Stay up-to-date with gaming trends, strategies, and developments to offer valuable insights and suggestions for improving the gaming experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and manage tournaments efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively moderate group chats and engage with the gaming community.
• Prior experience in community management, event planning, or customer support is a plus.
• Availability to dedicate approximately 2 hours per week for tournament organization and community management.
• Passion for gaming and a solid understanding of popular games such as Clash Royale, Chess, and League of Legends.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging strategies to attract and retain users.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
